Delivery times depend greatly on where the order was placed from. To the US we usually deliver within 1-5 working days, other countries can take anywhere from 4 to 15 working days. For most up to date delivery times please refer to our Shipping page.
Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping. Orders placed before 3PM EDT will be processed same day, in some cases processing takes up to 2 business days.
You should receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, or the tracking number is missing, please reach out to our support team at email@example.com referencing your order number.
Customers ordering from outside the US may be liable to customs and import fees at this time, to most countries this is only applicable if your order is above 150EUR. This is unfortunately out of our control.
The recipient must be aware that they are the 'importer of record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination countries.
Frosten is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered therefore we are not able to replace or refund these items. Please make sure you check in with your neighbours as often packages are left there in case the receiver is not at home at the time of delivery.
Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order. Should you not receive your order but the tracking shows delivered, please contact the courier directly to raise a claim. Remember to check with your neighbours, building manager and mail room before raising a claim.
To prevent failed deliveries, make sure you give us your phone number during checkout, provide the correct and full address with full street and house names. Most of the time you will also be able to leave notes for the courier once you receive your tracking code via the courier website.

To answer your question we must first understand how the diamond testers work.
Diamond testers detect the rate at which heat moves through the stone to tell you whether it's a real diamond.
Certain stones conduct heat differently than others, for example moissanite will pass as a diamond on a diamond tester when it's not an actual diamond.
Since we use the highest clarity stones (CZ 6A+) our jewelry does pass certain diamond testers and show activity on others.
Unlike other gold plated jewelry retailers that simply paint their alloy jewelry in colours similar to gold, we use the latest triple ionic bond plating method to cover our copper base jewelry in 7 layers of 18 karat gold.
We use the most expensive simulated diamonds on themarket today (CZ 6A+), giving our jewelry the highest possible clarity of VVS1.

This is not to say you shouldn't take precautions! High quality jewellery still requires care and attention.
Swimming, especially in salt or high temperature water will shorten the lifespan of your jewellery. Chlorine can permanently damage any gold plated jewellery, so we suggest avoiding this.
Your jewellery should be kept dry and ideally stored in the dust bag provided, or any other anti-tarnish fabric container.
If your climate is humid, we suggest placing a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & WARRANTY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return or exchange your products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each piece purchased from FROSTEN comes with a one-year warranty. Should you run into any problems with your piece we will either refund or replace it free of charge.
